Tarragindi — Internal Renovation

A Tarragindi character home with an entire lower level going to waste — tight ceiling heights and no usable rooms. The obvious answer was to raise the house. The smarter answer was to dig the slab down and build it out properly from the inside.

Tomas lowered the ground floor slab to create proper ceiling clearance, then built a new master suite and ensuite, a gym, a laundry, and a feature spiral staircase connecting both levels. New external paths and driveway completed the transformation.

Queenslander — Verandah Study Conversion

A pre-war Queenslander with an open verandah that had sat unused for years — louvres, dark timber, and no way to use it year-round. The owners wanted a proper study that felt like it belonged to the home, not bolted on as an afterthought.

Tomas enclosed the full verandah in VJ sheeting, fitted new aluminium windows with decorative bars to match the Queenslander's character, and laid vinyl plank flooring throughout. The result is a bright, air-conditioned room that's become the most used space in the house.

Taigum — Full Home Renovation

A 1990s family home that had stopped working for the people inside it. Cramped kitchen, a bathroom that needed a complete rethink, a laundry with no storage, and bedrooms that didn't fit the family's needs.

Tomas and the team gutted it from the inside — relocated a wall, rebuilt every key room, added a walk-in pantry, three new built-in wardrobes, and laid hybrid flooring throughout. Same suburb. Completely different home.

Rochedale South — Full Home Renovation

A tired family home gutted and rebuilt from the studs up. The brief: turn an outdated house into something the family could actually live in for the next 20 years.

We delivered a new kitchen with butler's pantry, a luxury ensuite with terrazzo tiles and brushed gold fixtures, and a dedicated study with full built-in joinery — all personally managed by Tomas from quote to handover.

South Brisbane — Sunroom Extension

An older South Brisbane home with a dark, unused back verandah. The owners wanted a space that connected the house to the garden — light, functional, and true to the home's original character.

We enclosed and rebuilt the entire rear verandah, installing full-height windows on three sides and new timber flooring throughout. The result is a bright, versatile room the family uses every single day.

Alexandra Hills — House Extension

A growing family outgrowing a three-bedroom brick home. Rather than move, they chose to extend — adding a new master bedroom, a second living space, and a full kitchen fit-out that finally matched how they actually live.

This project ran across several months from demolition through to final fitoff. Tomas personally oversaw every trade on site, ensuring the new addition blended seamlessly with the existing structure.
